University Canada West is a contemporary independent university located in the heart of vibrant Vancouver. Established in 2004, UCW offers a range of career-focused programs including the Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication, Associate of Arts and Master of Business Administration. Courses are offered at our downtown Vancouver campus and online too. Strategic Solutions in Business Management

Looking to elevate your organization and bring it to the next level? Bring on graduate students from University Canada West to be your student-consultants to evaluate your organization's business strategy and to propose approaches to improve the firm's market position. Students will work on one main project over the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. The teams will apply their international and entrepreneurial knowledge as MBA students with critical analyses/strategies/design skills to develop ideas in your organization. The teams will complete an analysis, provide strategic recommendations and practical options, and recommend an action plan appropriate to your business situation in consultation with you. As a participating organization, you will provide a specific question, business issue/ challenge, or opportunity that will be the focus of the student team review.
Marketing Plan & Market Research

This experience empowers learners to apply strategic marketing skills in real-world scenarios, focusing on the practical application of marketing theories and strategies. Participants will analyze market environments and develop comprehensive marketing strategies, utilizing the four Ps of the marketing mix to create value for stakeholders. By engaging with industry projects, learners will apply their understanding of consumer behavior, branding, pricing, distribution, and promotion to deliver marketing solutions that are economically feasible, socially responsible, and environmentally sustainable.
